Think of it as hiring a temporary personal assistant, or 'out sourcing' your executive functions!
You can hire a support worker at an hourly rate – most clients find having a set number of hours per week for a block of months works well. If it’s technical support you are needing, a one off session may be enough. Support can be provided virtually or face to face.
We are particularly skilled at supporting neurodiverse individuals and your support worker may be able to be funded through the government's 'Access to Work' scheme if you have a disability.
Support workers tend to help you for a set number of hours per week, over the course of 6, 12 or 24 months. We come to you and can provide flexible support in the areas you need the most.

We are lucky to count some highly qualified and professional coaches amongst the Llamas team, providing 1-to-1 coaching to help you develop effective cognitive strategies to help you to sort your life out.
Coaching differs from support work in that it is about you developing the tools and strategies you need to move forwards successfully without us. Coaching is usually for a set number of sessions (although you can always come back for a top-up). Sessions last between an hour and 3 hours, depending on what suits your schedule best.
